BACKGROUND
Kaizr is an online delivery service with a mission to raise awareness and empowering local shops with the tools needed to make them competitive, all while elevating both their marketing and operations. Kaizr exists to mitigate the challenges facing mom-and-pop shops, helping them thrive as a community and reach their full potential.
CASE
Assume you are working on a healthcare project, its name is “Robo Shoes”. This is a smart shoes project
connected to a mobile app. The shoes collect key health information such as heart rate, blood pressure,
temperature etc… as you move and/or run and feeds it back to your mobile.
You are the Product owner in the project and have been tasked with developing a feature to gain market
share over the competition. Assuming all resources needed are at your disposal:
- Suggest a tactic (a feature) that can help “Robo Shoes” increase the acquisition and retention rates
(increase the number of new users and get most of the user to use the application on daily basis)
- Structure a set of OKRs that would guide your team towards measuring and achieving this
assignment
- Develop a user story map for your feature that includes a release plan, then create the backlog for
the MVP (the first release).
- Draw a very basic wireframe that demonstrates the feature or a part of it – on any tool [you can
use word or excel or any other tool you prefer]
- Pick any two user stories you would develop from your user story map and write detailed
specifications (as if you would prepare the stories with a development team).

- We assume you don’t have the complete picture of our current features at work, so
don’t worry
- We take that you don’t have the correct data to help you validate some of your
hypothesis, so don’t worry about that.
