Points to be considered in Maxab App:
- There is no way to add multiple addresses or branches or kiosks
- I can’t find any BNPL option or how to request it
- I didn't understand كوبونات مكسب
- I can’t find the reorder option for a canceled order (it would be beneficial for the merchants who canceled due to an unsuitable delivery date)
- In the side menu, there is a previous orders menu item and when you click on it there are current orders and previous orders. I would recommend renaming it to “My Orders”
- I found an icon that refers to Uber and Careem and when I clicked it I found one more option for Indrive, I would recommend renaming it as well
- Personalized recommendation of items that the merchant might need next period from the historical orders and market trends.
