ABC is enthusiastic about growth and is in the process of preparing for a Series C funding round. To secure this funding, the ABC product team must effectively demonstrate the envisioned future and potential expansion of the product. Please develop a few slides to share this vision with the board of directors, focusing on:

• Target market segments,
• The unique needs of these segments,
• Potential roadmap and initiatives to address these needs,
• The potential value this would deliver to both customers and ABC, and
• A prioritized version of the roadmap, including the logic behind the prioritization.

Part 2

There has been an increase in complaints suggesting that the quality of the handymen falls significantly short of the expected standard. Please elaborate on how you plan to approach this issue; walk us through your thinking process, and explain how you intend to confirm the problem, formulate your hypotheses, test their validity, fix the current problem, and prevent the issue from recurring in the future. Feel free to make your own assumptions about this situation and state these assumptions clearly. Note that this part of the exercise is intended to evaluate your methodology and thinking process about both the problem and the solution, rather than the ultimate solution (you can assume the simplest solution conceivable).
