Payrails Case Study [Position: Senior Product Manager, Integrations] Background As a leading paytech company, the core of our business is owning the most relevant third party integrations. This network is formed by any third party across the payments value chain: PSPs, Card Networks, Fraud providers, Tokenization providers, etc. Objective We are expanding our third party integrations, which require constant integration with new players, as well as maintaining the network developed across time. Targets include but are not limited to expanding into new markets, augmenting existing footprint, or opening new verticals. Scenario You are the Senior Product Manager, Integrations responsible for managing the complex network of third party integrations. Your goal is to identify key pain points, prioritise a roadmap, and develop a comprehensive plan to address these issues. Task You would prepare a two-fold exercise to show your core strengths:
