Merchants struggle with managing their e-commerce website user insights when it comes to listing all registered customers and showing insights about their top stats (e.g.: top revenue customers, customer acquisition and churn trends, their shopping and ordering behavior).
We are suggesting the introduction of a Customers Dashboard feature where the Merchant can consider it as the one place to have an overlook about their e-commerce website users and their metrics.
Your task is to define and structure the feature proposal in the following format: Deliverables
OSOSS ○ Write at least 4 user stories using the SCRUM format. ○ Include acceptance criteria for each user story. 4. Release Plan ○ Suggest how you would phase the release of this feature. ○ Outline dependencies, risks, and which stakeholders need to be involved. 5. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy ○ Briefly explain how you would launch this feature to customers. ○ Include internal enablement (sales/marketing/operation/support) and customer communication.
